How do the coaching sessions take place?
All sessions are conducted by phone. This allows us to move away from Zoom fatigue and access a deeper level of presence, focus, and inner intelligence — without screens or distractions.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Singapore, but coaching is location-independent. The phone format allows us to work together seamlessly wherever you are, as long as we can find a good time overlap.
How do I book my sessions?
Once you enroll in the 6-week package, you’ll receive access to a private calendar where you can book your sessions easily and consistently, at times that work for you.
Why are the sessions by phone and not on Zoom?
Phone sessions create a more focused container for real transformation. Without the cognitive load of screens, we free attention, regulate the nervous system more easily, and allow deeper internal awareness. This format helps both the client and the coach connect and stay fully present with the work.
Why an 6-week package instead of one-off sessions?
Because meaningful transformation takes continuity.
A few sessions are needed to move beyond surface symptoms, build clarity, and create lasting change — eight weeks provides the right container for that work.
Also, this program is designed as a dynamic coaching practice, using multiple techniques to accelerate transformation. If you choose to continue after the initial 6weeks, we transition into a blend of dynamic and more traditional coaching.
How different is this Impact x Aliveness Coaching from mentoring?
This is a coaching program because I firmly believe in everyone’s ability to listen deeply to their own wisdom and activate their own healing and creative powers.
If the need for mentoring arises, especially when brainstorming resources, we can include a mentoring conversation, capped at two 20-minute segments, over the course of the journey.
Why is there a coaching agreement?
A coaching agreement exists to create clarity, trust and safety for both the client and the coach.
I don’t have time.
This program is built for high-achievers and busy lives. Sessions are focused, efficient, and designed to create clarity and momentum fast — not add more to your plate.
I’m not sure if I'm feeling ready.
You don’t need to be “ready” — just willing. The process meets you where you are and clarity comes from action.
Does the program work on addictions or deep-seated habits?
These techniques are instantaneous in their ability to generate new actions. If the client is honest about their true drivers and willing to go through and be guided through the process precisely, some lifetime habits can be shifted in one session.
Who is this NOT for?
This work is not for those looking for quick fixes or incremental tweaks.
It’s for people ready to engage in a deeper process of clarity, recalibration, and meaningful change.
